NYS encourages all their players to seek out summer opportunities to continue their development in the 'off' season. We currently promote both April and Summer vacation camp options. Please select the relevant button below.
No Refund Policy
NYS has a no-refund policy for all Vacation Programs. The only exception to this policy is in the event NYS cancels a program or a player is unable to attend due to injury. In these situations, registered families will be offered a credit to their account which can be used for any future NYS program, or entitled to a full refund. Where a player is forced to miss a program due to injury a full refund is subject to supporting evidence from a registered medical practitioner.
For 2016, all soccer programs that run during the school vacations will be between one and four days. As a result, any vacation program, including one day clinics, do not qualify as a recreational camp under the Department of Public Health 105 CMR 430.00 Minimum Standard for Recreational Camps for Children (State Sanitary Code, Chapter IV). However NYS will continue to comply with local Board of Health organizations to ensure the health and safety of any and all participants and will perform the necessary documentation where required and requested. All NYS coaches are CORI checked both in the USA and where applicable their home nation. All NYS programs will be directed by an NYS coach who is both First Aid/CPR qualified and has a minimum of two years’ experience as required by 105 CMR 430.000.
