Uniforms and Equipment

IM Uniforms

The IM uniform is made up the following:

Reversible (orange/white) NYS shirt
Black shorts
Black soccer socks

The shirt and shorts will be provided by NYS via the coaches.

Sneakers or cleated shoes are acceptable. Cleated soccer shoes are strongly recommended for Grades 1-6 and are required for Grades 7-10. Shin guards are required for all practices and games. No jewelry, watches, bracelets, etc. may be worn, EXCEPT medical alert tags, which must be protected with tape.

Playing with a cast is not allowed, regardless of the amount of wrapping or protection provided. This is a safety issue for the other players on the field.

BAYS Uniforms

The BAYS uniform is made up the following:

Orange NYS shirt
Black shorts
White soccer socks

The uniform can be purchased at Adolph's Sports 841 Beacon St, Newton Centre 02459. The phone number of Adolph's is (617) 964-6633. Numbers and names will be added to the shirt and shorts at Adolph's. Numbers will be provided by your coach or age group coordinator.

TRY-OUT DATES POSTED

Try-out dates for the 2013-2014 season are as follows with further details in the "Programs" section of the website:

U9: June 2 and 9, Highland Field (U9 players must attend both sessions) - COMPLETED

U10: June 2, Nahanton Field - COMPLETED

U11: June 16, Nahanton Field

U12: June 16, Forte Field

U14: June 9, Brown / Oak Hill - COMPLETED.

Tryout times will be 1:00, 2:30, and 4:00 pm each day. If you have a time request or have not received notification 72 hours before, please contact the appropriate Age Group Coordinator.

You must register your child for next year's season prior to receiving a tryout time. Registration will be open for next year's BAYS season until May 24. read more ...
