Scholarship Program

We recognize youth sports and other activity fees can be expensive.  NYS offers a Scholarship Program to waive or reduce registration fees for any family in need of financial assistance.  This is a confidential program that can include tuition, along with the uniform kit and other equipment, as needed.

Registration Listing

Intramural Program - Fall 2023

The intramural program is an in-town program (no travel to other towns) for players from grades one through six. Teams are organized by grade and children who are Newton residents or who attend Newton schools are eligible to play. Games are played on Saturdays and practices vary by age group. 

The Fall 2023 season is scheduled to start on September 19th, 2023 through November 11th, 2023. We do not schedule games over Columbus Day Weekend.

Reminder that this is BOYS soccer. We do welcome girls that want to play primarily with boys. If you prefer you can go to Newton Girls Soccer to register for the girls program. 

Key Dates for Registration
Early Registration : $200 before June 17th
Regular Registration : $230 between June 18th and August 8th
Late Registration : $300 August 9th and beyond

1st Grade - no late registration, fee capped at $230.

In addition to the feel indicated, there will be a $15 per player fee that the City of Newton has implemented for any youth sports organizations using grass fields. This mandatory, non-refundable fee is paid directly to Newton PR&C every season and is in addition to the hourly rental fees paid by NYS.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON AUGUST 26th
Registrations after August 26th will hit the waitlist and be added to the program on an availability process. Please register prior to August 26th to guarantee a place

- $230 between January 1st and March 1st
